AUCTIONS & DESIGNS

Designs from closed species must also follow their own TOS and rules regarding trades and redesigns.

General
1.0 - Payment through Paypal invoice only, everything in USD currency.
I will contact you to ask for your email so i can send you an invoice. Please wait for it.
1.1 - Always bid in chains to the highest bidding. and do not edit/hide/delete your comment in a bid. You will be blacklisted otherwise.
Payment should be within 48 hours, but it can be negotiated. I am comfortable as long as communication is clear with payment plans.
1.2 - The owner will get the unwatermarked full resolution of the adopt after payment is confirmed.
1.3 - You may only use your adoptable for personal use. You may not use the design for commercial purposes, unless you discuss with me first so that an agreement can be made regarding royalties.
1.4 - Please always refer design credit to me (sunmi @ toyhouse)
1.5 - I still retain the right to post and use the art I have drawn for portafolio purposes (your ownership will be credited if necessary).
1.6 - You are not allowed to make a twin, or carbon copy of the design.
1.7 - For refunds, 100% will be returned if not started and 60% after sketch. If I'm already coloring/finishing you won't be refunded. For payments over $100 I'm happy to discuss bi-weekly or 1-2 monthly payments.

Reselling & trading
2.0 - You are allowed to sell/trade my adopts for the same amount or lower, than what you have purchased it for, unless extra commissioned art is involved.
2.1 - You cannot resell an adoptable you obtained via trade/raffle.
If the design was obtained in an OTA it can only be sold for the monetary offer, and not for the worth of any designs or art value it was obtained for.
2.2 - I can negotiate for payment plans over $100 USD with a down payment of at least $60. This must be cleared with me before the actual purchase is made.
2.3 - Do not harass design's owners to sell, trade or gift you any designs if they are not up for offers.
2.4 - Under no circumstances you're allowed to apply your own selling rules on one of my designs. This means that rules and duties such as "the characters must only come back to me in case of selling", "do not sell to this specific person" (unless they are posted in my blacklist). Please, be aware of sellers and users who ask said things.

COMMISSIONS

Please understand that I am not working with only your priorities in mind. They will take steps that can be time consuming and slow.

• Please do not edit commissioned works you received from me.
• I may start the work only after the payment.
• Completed commission may be used for future samples and/or portfolio.
• After payment is received: I sketch, color and paint depending on your commission type.
— I will send you WIP shots of the sketch of your commission for you to look over and let me know if any edits need to be made. Limited 3 changes max.
— When you are satisfied with your commission I will post the finished version and send you copies for you to save and, if needed, provide you with separate, transparent, or resized versions.
• Please familiarize with my abilities and style for your reference before purchasing. If you pay me and after that ask for a refund because “I didn’t have the style/made the changes you had in mind even after correcting multiples times”, you won’t be refunded.
• I reserve the right to reject your commission proposal without question for any reason.

BLACKLIST

Please, do not harass the users put in this list or witch hunt them. They are here for a reason: didn’t follow my ToS or I’m not comfortable working with them anymore and would like to avoid them in the future.
